We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Senior Analyst (Public Cloud) with 6–7 years of hands-on experience in implementation, migration, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and proven experience collaborating with SD, MM, Tax, Treasury, and Development teams to deliver integrated business solutions.

Where you will make an impact

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud FICO implementations, rollouts, and migrations.
• Configure and support core FICO processes:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Bank Accounting
  • Financial Closing
  • SAP Multi Bank Connectivity
  • SAP TRM
• Configure finance business processes in SAP Public Cloud using Best Practice content
  • Map current (as-is) and future (to-be) finance workflows
    
    
• Migration to S/4 HANA
  • Work with SD/MM/Procurement/Projects teams for cross-functional integration
  • Support data migration strategy (using SAP Migration Cockpit)
  • Validate and reconcile financial data during migration and cutover
• Reporting & Compliance
  • Support embedded analytics and Fiori reporting
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit, and internal control requirements
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities in S/4HANA
• Day-to-Day Production Support:
  • Provide ongoing support to the business users on day-to-day issues related to the Treasury/AP/AR/Bank Accounting/ Financial Closing process in ECC and S/4 HANA
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across financial modules.

• Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • • Prepare and execute test cases (Unit, System Integration, UAT)
    • Support defect resolution and retesting
    • Assist in cutover activities and Go-Live support
• Documentation and Training:
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials for the Finance processes.
  • Train end-users and provide post-implementation support, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems.

What you will bring

• 6-7 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO)
• Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle implementations
• At least 1 implementation in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
• Strong knowledge of:
  • GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting
  • Financial closing processes
  • Bank integration & payment processing
  • Experience with:
  • SAP Fiori apps
  • Migration Cockpit
  • Fit-to-Standard workshops
  • Strong business process knowledge (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay)
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Desired Skills

• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Certification (Finance)
• Understanding of tax, country-specific localization, and regulatory reporting
• Experience in ECC to S/4HANA transformation projects
