America On Tech (AOT) is an award-winning, early pipeline technology talent accelerator on a mission to prepare the next generation of leaders by creating pathways into degrees and careers in technology. To date, we have worked with more than 2,000+ students by leveraging the time, talent and expertise of software engineers and developers to teach our tuition-free courses and help provide work-based internship and learning programs to promote the advancement of underrepresented students into technology. By providing personalized programming and support, BASTA helps these students secure employment in white-collar jobs, demonstrating their potential in blue-chip companies. With a strong focus on social capital and networking, BASTA has achieved significant traction, with 79% of its fellows securing employment within 12 months and an aggregate starting salary of over $38 million for its participants. We recruit Black men to explore careers in education, utilizing a formula that tackles the two key factors that keep black men from such a path. As much as one-third of college-bound Black men will drop out by sophomore year. Of those who go on to graduate, they are not considering the teacher programs that are available because they do not resonate with them and they are too short and insufficient in preparing teachers that are culturally competent and content strong. We have to concurrently attach them to schools, to work with kids and to train them to be incredible teachers.

Cambio Labs is a nonprofit that creates educational technology and curricular programs that transform students into social entrepreneurs, designers for impact, and community activists. Cambio Labs is rolling out the pilot of the Journey Program - a social entrepreneurial course and youth startup incubator for high schools - complete with curriculum, teacher onboarding, corporate mentorship programs, and a virtual learning platform.

Teachers use Classtracks for effective, efficient, and engaging vocabulary practice. Classtracks is a language web tool that uses a game-like interface to help students better acquire and retain language skills. Classtracks allows teachers to spend less time on vocabulary and more time using the target language in the classroom. Teachers can use our product to assign homework, track student progress, and gain insight into maximizing lesson plans.
