About the Opportunity
Manage, support, and optimize enterprise business applications such as cloud SSO (Okta, and/or Auth0, or other Identity Managment system), Box, Microsoft 365 (M365), and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS) .
Ensuring the availability, security, integration, and performance of core SaaS platforms across the organization
Where you will make an impact
- Administer and maintain enterprise SaaS applications, ensuring high availability and performance
- Manage external and internal user provisioning, deprovisioning, role-based access control in various applications, low code/no code workflows, and license management
- Configure and support identity integrations using platforms such as Auth0 or Okta
- Maintain and optimize collaboration and content management platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Box
- Administer and support Learning Management Systems (LMS) including user enrollment, permissions, and reporting
- Implement and support SSO, MFA, and automated provisioning
- Partner with IT security to ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, coordinating with vendors as needed
- Support integrations between enterprise systems and APIs
- Develop and maintain documentation, configuration standards, and operational runbooks
What will you bring
- 3+ years of experience administering enterprise or SaaS applications
- Familiarity with low code/no code workflows, AI, and API
- Familiarity with SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and modern authentication methods
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, Security, HR, and business stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
