About the Opportunity

You'll be supported by your manager, dedicated project guides, and a structured mentorship program, as well as a broader intern community designed to help you learn and grow.

Job Overview

As an intern supporting the Ellucian Student Delivery Team, you will work alongside delivery leaders, project managers, solutions architects, technical architects, and consultants who help higher education institutions implement continuing education solutions that directly impact student success. You will be exposed to how projects are planned, tracked, communicated, and governed across multiple institutions and teams.


You will be given the tools, coaching, and context needed to contribute to meaningful work —
not just observe it. Our goal is for you to leave the program with hands-on experience in delivery
operations, documentation governance, and cross-team collaboration in a SaaS implementation
environment.


This is a high-impact role where your contributions will help ensure delivery processes are
organized, consistent, and scalable across multiple projects and customers.

Where you will make an impact

  • Assist the Ellucian Student Delivery Team with day-to-day project coordination and
    operational support.
  • Help maintain and update project tracking tools to ensure accurate status visibility.
  • Support communication across project managers, consultants, and leadership to keep projects aligned.
  • Establish, document, and maintain best practices and governance standards to ensure consistency across delivery teams.
  • Review project artifacts for completeness, clarity, and adherence to standards.
  • Assist with preparing internal and customer-facing communications and meeting materials.
  • Work across multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline delivery processes and improve team efficiency.
  • Ability to develop comfort with a number of different AI tools.
  • Help organize documentation libraries and ensure teams can easily locate the information they need.
  • Participate in internal team meetings to understand project lifecycle phases and implementation workflows.
  • Assist with reporting and metrics tracking related to delivery performance.
  • Assist with maintaining Enterprise Architecture Models.

What you will bring

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity AI prompt writing, Enterprise Architecture Models and Higher Education.
  • Capability Models (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Ability to stay organized while working on multiple projects at once.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
  • Interest in project delivery, consulting, operations, or SaaS implementation environments.
  • Ability to collaborate with different personalities and roles across teams.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to ask questions and take initiative.
  • Comfort learning new systems, tools, and workflows, such as Smartsheet, Box, Jira, Confluence, Lucid, Slack.
  • Ability to document information clearly and consistently.
  • Recently graduated candidates or about to graduate currently pursuing degrees in , Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
