As an Intern Product Manager, you will play a vital role in this transformation. You will help us challenge assumptions, explore bold new opportunities, and embed AI-first thinking into our product development. This is an opportunity to learn classic product management skills while shaping the future of Ellucian's global Student Aid offering.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

• Make an immediate impact: Support the launch of Ellucian’s new global Student Aid product and define requirements that enhance the Student Financial Success suite.
• Blend core PM skills with AI exploration: Work with product managers on market research, competitive analysis, user stories, and feature prioritization—but through the lens of what’s possible with AI.
• Contribute to AI-first product ideas: Ideate and validate new concepts for how AI can reduce manual effort, enhance decision-making, and personalize user experiences across our SaaS solutions.
• Customer and user empathy: Shadow customer interviews, synthesize findings, and suggest functionality that simplify pain points.
• Experimentation mindset: Work alongside designers and engineers to prototype and test AI-driven features, validating business and user impact.
• Storytelling and influence: Translate complex concepts into simple, compelling narratives for internal teams and leadership.
• Metrics and insights: Learn to measure the success of features—adoption, engagement, and impact—while considering new success metrics (accuracy, trust, explainability).
• Collaboration: Partner with engineering, data science, design, and GTM teams to see how AI-first thinking touches every function.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: Currently pursuing a degree in business, computer science, design, or experience within a related field. Prior internships, coursework, or portfolio in product management or SaaS is a plus.
• Curiosity for AI: A genuine interest in how AI is reshaping SaaS and the drive to explore its potential.
• Creative problem solving: Ability to think beyond “how we’ve always done it” and propose fresh solutions.
• Empathy & communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand and represent diverse user needs.
• Analytical mindset: Comfortable with data, metrics, and structured thinking to back up recommendations.
• Collaborative energy: Eager to contribute to a cross-functional team, learning from others while adding your own perspective.
