As the AI Solutions Architect, you will lead the strategic design and implementation of AI-powered solutions across our global ecosystem. This role is not about building models from scratch, but about translating the complex HR, Marketing and Communications Team’s needs into scalable, ethical, and impactful AI integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the AI strategy and roadmap for HR, Communications and Marketing team modernization.
• Evaluate and recommend AI platforms and vendors in partnership with HR, IT, and Procurement.
• Conduct market research, capability assessments, and pricing benchmarks for AI solutions.
• Build compelling business cases with ROI and cost-benefit analyses.
• Design end-to-end integration plans across HR, Communication and marketing systems
• Collaborate with Enablement Leads and HR teams to ensure successful pilots and adoption.
• Champion ethical AI practices, focusing on data privacy, fairness, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and report on performance, outcomes, and ROI of AI initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Familiarity with LLM-based platforms and workforce intelligence tools.
• Ability to design and prototype agentic AI workflows for HR, Communications, and Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with tools like AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, LangChain/LangGraph, UiPath, and RPA platforms.
• Excellent communication skills—able to bridge technical and business conversations.
• Strong understanding of global AI ethics, compliance frameworks, and responsible AI principles.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a builder’s mindset and a focus on long-term impact.
