About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing Data Operations Specialist to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of our marketing and sales data across systems like Salesforce, Marketo, and ON24. This role is critical for maintaining clean data, optimizing lead management processes, and supporting webinar operations. You will collaborate with Marketing Operations and Demand Generation teams to ensure seamless data flow and reporting accuracy.
Where you will make an impact
- Maintain lead conversion processes and ensure accurate mapping to contacts/accounts.
- Perform contact hygiene tasks, including deduplication and record merging.
- Monitor and enforce MQL status hygiene for accurate funnel reporting.
- Update job titles using company websites or enrichment tools like ZoomInfo.
- Delete outdated records in compliance with data retention policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve sync errors between Marketo and Salesforce.
- Set up, edit, and manage webinars in ON24.
- Ensure accurate data synchronization between ON24 and Salesforce for attendee and engagement data.
What you will bring
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Data Management, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketo (or similar marketing automation platform).
- Familiarity with ON24 or other webinar platforms.
- Strong understanding of data hygiene best practices, deduplication, and enrichment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot sync errors and maintain system integrations.
- Comfortable working US business hours regardless of location.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
