About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Marketing Analytics & Reporting Specialist to interpret the collection, analysis, and distribution of marketing performance metrics across multiple platforms, including Google Analytics (GA), Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), and ON24. This role will ensure that campaign and tactic-level data is accurate, digestible, and actionable for stakeholders such as Campaign Managers, Digital Marketing, and Customer Success Digital teams. This role also serves as a data liaison across teams, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will be responsible for interpreting performance metrics and guiding stakeholders in understanding trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

Where you will make an impact

  • Act as the primary data liaison between Marketing Operations and cross-functional teams.
  • Interpret performance data and provide actionable insights to Campaigns, Digital Marketing, and CSDig teams from existing reporting in Tableau, GA, Marketo, Salesforce, and ON24 for campaigns and tactics.
  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making by translating analytics into strategic recommendations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and visualization processes.
  • Able to identify data analysis errors and work with the Business Intelligence Team to fix
  • Deep understanding of CRM fields involved in analytics

What you will bring

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, or related role.
  • Strong skills in data structures
  • Familiarity with marketing KPIs such as MQLs, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and attribution models.
