About the Opportunity

Technology is in the forefront enabling our Higher Education customers to reap the benefits while they transform their campuses with modern solutions and capabilities with a unique goal of Student Success. Our Professional Services organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Consultant who will be working with a team of experienced analysts, architects, developers, and business resources to manage high-performance enterprise-level solutions. This means you will have a passion and desire to learn new things and would be part of consultant team driving innovation for our new capabilities. We are looking for people who will challenge the norm, that want to take accountability for their own path, but will come together as a team to enable and delight our customers. Working in an agile environment, we encourage regular meetings where people can share their ideas and thoughts.

Where you will make an impact

Technical Contribution

  • Build and maintain UI (Playwright/Selenium) and API (Postman/REST Assured) automation suites that scale across multiple deployments.
  • Develop and execute performance and security tests (JMeter/K6, OWASP ZAP) and integrate them into Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
  • Contribute to standardized test data management practices that support repeatable and compliant test runs.

Process & Enablement

  • Collaborate with project managers, DevOps engineers, and customer SMEs to embed continuous testing throughout delivery.
  • Review and improve test automation code for reliability, maintainability, and speed.
  • Create and share dashboards and reports through tools such as SpiraTest or Azure DevOps to communicate quality metrics clearly.

Client Engagement

  • Partner with higher-education institutions to capture testing requirements, demonstrate automation capabilities, and align with regulatory needs.
  • Act as a knowledgeable advisor on modern quality-engineering techniques, advocating for shift-left and risk-based testing strategies.

What you will bring

  • 3–9 years of experience in software or QA engineering, with strong focus on test automation and CI/CD practices.
  • Hands-on expertise with two or more of the following: Playwright, Selenium, Postman, REST Assured, JMeter, K6, Gatling, OWASP ZAP.
  • Proficiency in scripting with TypeScript/JavaScript or Python; solid experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with Docker and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience in enterprise or SaaS environments; higher-ed or consulting background is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills—able to explain technical findings to developers, project leaders, and client stakeholders.
