The Process Excellence Analyst will assist in requirements gathering, development, validation, and deployment of internal process transformation projects. The team’s focus is on leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects and emerging AI-technologies within the UiPath tool suite. This role will work with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

Where you will make an impact

• Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities to improve business processes and performance. This could include:
• Evaluation of existing processes
• Transformation manual processes through a combination of redesign and automation
• Training and robot use-case demos
• Delivery of change management tools
• Post-delivery check-ins and support.
• Design, test, and implement RPA robots.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices.
• Eagerness to support internal learning and initiatives focused on RPA, AI, and Agents

What you will bring

• 2+ years of experience with UiPath.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath components: Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Integration Services, Document Understanding, and Agentic Automation.
• Creative problem solver with strong analytical and organizational skills; highly motivated to research and resolve issues efficiently.
• Experience designing automations for SAP systems, specifically S4/HANA is preferred.
• Experience with VB.NET, C#, and APIs.
• UiPath Certifications are a plus:
• Automation Developer Associate and/or Professional
• Specialized AI Associate and/or Professional
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
