💫 Join Our Team as our new Director of People and Culture! Position Location: Flexible within the continental U.S. Salary range: $100K – $120K (based upon experience and skill) As Camelback Ventures continues to grow its impact, we are seeking an inaugural Director of People & Culture to help shape how staff experience every stage of their journey with the organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance and Operations and serving on the Leadership Team, this role will lead both the strategy and day-to-day execution of people systems, culture-building, and organizational processes that support Camelback’s growth with intention. The Director of People & Culture will serve as a strategic and operational leader, guiding people strategy, change management, performance systems, hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement. This person will help strengthen Camelback’s internal capacity, support leadership through organizational change, and build the infrastructure, practices, and cultural norms needed to sustain a healthy, equitable, and resilient team. This role will play a key part in translating Camelback’s values into the employee experience—ensuring that care, equity, accountability, and trust are reflected across the full employee lifecycle.
