As Camelback Ventures enters its next decade of growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and entrepreneurial Development Manager to help drive our ambitious fundraising goals and strengthen the systems that sustain our mission. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer (CDO), the Development Manager will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the infrastructure, relationships, and data practices that power Camelback’s development strategy. The Manager will oversee donor pipeline management, stewardship, and sponsorship operations, ensuring that every aspect of Camelback’s fundraising is efficient, data-informed, and mission-aligned. This person will also manage a portfolio of institutional sponsors and collaborate across teams to advance fundraising campaigns, events, and reporting. As a key member of the Development team, the Manager will help propel Camelback’s goal to raise $20 million over the next three years—fueling the growth and sustainability of underestimated entrepreneurs nationwide.
